    A free 30 minute conversation about your business, your worries and what has prompted the search. If a vCISO is not the right answer for you, we will say so.

  2. Scoping and matching

    We shape the engagement around your size, sector and ambitions, agree the monthly coverage, and match you with the vCISO whose background fits your world best.

  3. Maturity assessment

    Your vCISO starts by benchmarking your current security posture against recognised standards, giving everyone a shared, honest picture of where you stand.

  4. Roadmap and quick wins

    The findings become a prioritised roadmap. High-impact, low-effort fixes happen immediately, so risk starts falling in the first weeks rather than after months of planning.

  5. Ongoing leadership

    A steady monthly rhythm: progress against the roadmap, board reporting, security committee chairing, supplier and customer questions handled, and typically a day a month on site.

  6. Flex as you grow

    Audits, funding rounds, incidents and growth spurts change what you need. The engagement scales up or down with you, without renegotiating from scratch.
